Why Market Your Program at this Fair? 

The Summer Options Camp Fair Committee strives to produce one of the best Marketing Opportunities for our participating programs that you will experience this season.

 

There are two factors that make this fair an annual success:

  • The public's expectation to find quality & unique summer camps and programs showcased at this fair.
  • The 300+ families in attendance which equals high exposure for your programs in our community.

We consistently have over an 85% exhibitor return rate.  


Registration Instructions:


If you are interested in participating at our camp fair for the first time, select Member Application to get approval to access our online registration forWe will get back to you as to the current availability to participate with us.  Completion of this application does not mean you are registered.  Once you hear back from us with approval to access our online registration form, then you will be required to log on and complete your registration process. 


How do you know your registration is complete?


Once you receive an email with an invoice, then that confirms your registration process.  Payment can be made in the form of check or Paypal.  Once your payment has been confirmed, you will be notified shortly after to select your table location at the camp fair.  The table selection process begins in the order of when payment is received. Final table location and availability ultimately depends on overall electricity set up and safety on our camp fair floor along with maximizing the flow of traffic overall.
